E-COMMERCE INTERN, Mandatory Internship (m/w(d)

032c is looking for an E-Commerce Intern to join our team in Berlin for six months, starting in September 2026.

You will support the daily operations of the 032c online store and work closely with our e-commerce and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Processing and preparing daily online orders
• Packing orders and coordinating shipments
• Responding to customer-care enquiries
• Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds
• Maintaining and organising warehouse inventory
• Monitoring stock levels and supporting regular inventory checks
• Assisting with general e-commerce and logistics tasks

Profile

• You are currently enrolled at a university or educational institution
• The six-month internship is a mandatory part of your studies (Pflichtpraktikum)
• You are organised, reliable, and attentive to detail
• You enjoy practical, hands-on work and take ownership of your tasks
• You communicate confidently in English; German is an advantage
• Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or customer service is a plus
