SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service.
We offer:

- Free Standard Shipping on qualifying orders (threshold displayed at checkout)
All duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable. For selected countries, duties are covered by 032c to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 1–3 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
- USA: 3–7 business days
- International: 3–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or local carrier delays.
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that you ship the item within 14 days from the date it was delivered to you.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, with original tags and packaging.
- International customers can return parcels using any postal service. Until they arrive to us, please keep all proof of dispatch.

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning an item. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (i.e. €5 Germany, €15 EU, and €25 International).
Customers are responsible for their return until it reaches us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as untracked parcels that are lost in transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at customercare@032c.com.
We only exchange items for the same item in a different size. To exchange an item for another size of the same item, please register here. If you want to exchange an item for a different item, please return the item for a refund, then place a new order.
Socks and underwear are exempt from refund or exchange for hygienic reasons. Gift cards and discounted items are also non-refundable.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.
Please bring:
– Your order confirmation email
– A valid ID
Orders not collected within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please follow the steps below to ensure a successful claim with the carrier.
At the time of delivery, you must accept the parcel with reservations and clearly note the issue on the delivery receipt before signing.
Under your signature, please specify the reason, for example: “damaged package”, “crushed box”, “open box”, “wet box”, etc.
Without this written reservation, the carrier may reject the damage claim.
After delivery, you may proceed to open a claim directly with the carrier. Please attach clear photographs of the damaged parcel (outer box and contents) to support your case.
